Kailash V. Nasta joined ACE Furnaces Ltd. in 2014, and is Chairman and Managing Director. In his current role, Mr. Nasta is managing all activities, creating and implementing the strategy and coordinating all business activities. He completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Maharastra Institute of Technology.
He is a Diploma graduate of Business Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (3rd Rank), and a Post-Graduate Diploma of Business Management from University of Indianapolis – School of Business (USA). During 1993-2004, he worked for Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces in India, in various positions.
During 2004-2008, Mr. Nasta was the Director at the Company, managing all business activities. During 2008-2012, he was the Vice President of Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., an MNC and leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces globally. In 2013, he served as the Executive Vice President of Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., and was a Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, the only Indian on the Board.
Rhea Kailash Nasta joined ACE Furnaces Ltd. in 2025, and is Whole-Time Director. In her current role, she is looking after the HR-related activities, social media, marketing, and CSR. She is also a member of important Committees of the Company, such as POSH, etc.
She is a technically qualified professional, with around 11 years of experience in the healthcare sector, having worked in the field of physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation at reputed hospitals in Mumbai. In her current role, she is involved in the management and day-to-day activities of the Company.
She has completed Bachelor of Science (Physical Therapy) from Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College (KEM Hospital), University of Mumbai, in November 1995. Further, she has been associated with The Indian Association of Physiotherapists since 1999.
Nitin Phirake joined ACE furnaces in 2014, and is Whole-Time Director. In his current role, he is handling all business activities including development as well as execution. He completed his diploma in Mechanical engineering from Government Poly-technique, Mumbai university. He started his career from the year 1994 working in aluminium extrusion industry.
During 1994-2000, he was in Aluminium extrusion industry. During 2000-2004, he was employed by a company dealing in Industrial Furnaces. During 2004-2008, he was employed by Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as Project Engineer and later promoted as Asst. Manager. During 2008-2013, he continued to serve as Asst. Manager and then promoted to as General Manager in Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., an MNC and leading manufacturer of industrial furnaces globally. He has put total experience of 32 years in engineering field including 27 long years of experience now in the field of Industrial Furnaces.
Mr. Ganesh Shankar Srivastav has been associated with the Company since 2015 and is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer. He has an experience of 11 years in accounting, finance, taxation, commercial operations and statutory compliances. He is responsible for overseeing the Company's accounting and finance functions, including finalisation of financial statements, taxation, banking, statutory compliances, MIS reporting, billing and working capital management. He is also involved in commercial and contractual matters relating to the Company's turnkey engineering and manufacturing projects and coordinates with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and other professional advisors.
Shrinivas T. Nadpurohit joined ACE Furnaces as General Manager – Process & Automation in 2015. In his current role, he is looking after Process & Automation of all ACE projects. He completed his degree in Electrical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. During 1993 – 1995, he worked for Nirvan LOI Ltd. In 1996, he was employed by Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces in India.
During 1995 – 2007, he was the Project Manager at the Company, managing their Electrical & Instrumentation Division. From 2008 onwards, he served as Project Manager at Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., an MNC and leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces globally. Prior to leaving this Company, he was working as Vice General Manager for their Aluminium Division, and also as Team Leader for their Bell Furnaces Division.
Vrushali Raut joined ACE Furnaces as Purchase Executive in 2018. In her current role, she is looking after Purchase-related activities of all Projects / spares. She also looks after Sub-Contracting and Vendor Development activities. She completed her diploma and degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, and has previous experience of project execution, purchase and procurement.
She is having overall about 14 years’ experience in furnace manufacturing industry. Previously, for about 5 years, she has worked with Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd. in Project & Purchase department.
Ajitha Shetty joined ACE Furnaces as General Manager – Hydrogen Bell Furnaces in 2015. In his current role, he is looking after project execution and after-sales service of Bell Furnaces. He completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bangalore, and has previous experience of project execution, erection & commissioning of Industrial Furnaces.
He is having overall about 22 years’ experience in turn-key projects, out of which 20 years’ experience is in furnace manufacturing industry. Previously, for about 8 years, he has worked with Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd.) in Hydrogen Bell Furnace department as Sr. Project Engineer, and was the second-in-command for the same
Sanjeev B. Kulkarni joined ACE Furnaces as General Manager – Projects in 2016. In his current role, he is looking after project execution and after-sales service of all ACE projects. He completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering from B.L.D.E. college of Engineering and Technology , Bijapur (Karnataka University – Dharwad), and has previous experience in project execution, erection & commissioning and sales of Industrial Furnaces.
He is having overall about 23 years’ experience in turn-key projects, out of which 21 years of experience in furnace manufacturing industry. Out of his years of experience in Furnace industry, he was employed in Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as Sr. Project Engineer during 2005–2008 . During 2008-2011, he served as Sr. Project Engineer in Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., an MNC and leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces globally. Later on, until the end of 2015, he served as Sales Manager in this organisation for their Thermal department.
Siddalingesh Hundekar joined ACE Furnaces in 2026, with over 34 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. His career spans Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, outsourced processes, and Customer Service, with extensive exposure to both domestic and export markets.
He embarked on his professional career in 1990 with Kolsite Machine Fabrik Ltd., a leading manufacturer of plastic extrusion machinery, and subsequently built an accomplished over a three-decade-long career with Grindwell Norton Limited, part of the Saint-Gobain Group, where he gained extensive experience across diverse functions.
He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, Bengaluru, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis (SCDL), Pune.
With his extensive cross-functional experience, Siddalingesh brings a strong focus on quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, along with a comprehensive understanding of industrial operations.
Hanny Rajpal joined ACE Furnaces as Sr. Manager Projects – Hydrogen Bell Furnaces in 2021. In his current role, he is looking after project execution and after-sales service of Bell Furnaces. He has completed his Diploma in Fabrication Technology and Erection Engineering from Fr. Agnel Polytechnic, Vashi, Navi Mumbai and Degree in Mechanical Engineering from SSBT's College of Engineering & Technology, North Maharashtra University. He has previous experience of project execution, erection & commissioning of Industrial Furnaces.
He started his career as a Mechanical Engineer with Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. He is having overall 22 years of experience in furnace manufacturing industry. Previously, for about 2 years with Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and 14 years, with Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd.) as Project Manager in Bell Furnaces department.
Siddhesh Hotanahalli joined ACE Furnaces as Sr. Project Manager – Hydrogen Bell Furnaces in 2018. In his current role, he is looking after project execution and after-sales service of Bell Furnaces. He completed his diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Board of Technical Education, Bangalore, and has previous experience of project execution, erection & commissioning of Industrial Furnaces, and in Oil & Gas Projects.
He is having overall about 24 years’ experience in turn-key projects, out of which 22 years’ experience is in furnace manufacturing industry. Previously, for about 13 years, he has worked with Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd.) in Bell Furnaces department as Project Manager.
Pramod Patil joined ACE furnaces in 2014 as Design Chief. In his current role, he is looking after Design & Drawings of Reheating Furnaces, Bell Furnaces, Roller Hearth Furnaces and Heat-Treatment Furnaces. He completed his ITI - Draughtsman Mechanical course from Jalgaon, and NCTVT Training at Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
He is having overall about 31 years’ experience in turnkey projects and production line, out of which 25 years’ experience in furnace manufacturing industry. Previously, for about 5 years, he has worked with Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd. as Design Co-Ordinator. Earlier, he has about 7 years’ experience in rubber production line with VIR Products Pvt. Ltd.
Avinash Khamkar joined ACE furnaces as Design Co-Ordinator in 2017. In his current role, he is looking after Design & Drawings of Reheating Furnaces, Bell Furnaces and Heat-Treatment Furnaces. He completed his ITI - Draughtsman Mechanical course from Advance Training Institute in Mumbai, and NCTVT Training at Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Mumbai. He completed his AutoCAD course in Autodesk Training Centre, Mumbai. He also completed his Structural Design Engineering Course from Trinket Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
He is having overall about 27 years’ experience in turnkey projects, out of which 24 years’ experience in furnace manufacturing industry. Previously, for about 14 years, he has worked with Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd.) as Design Co-Ordinator.
Tushar Tambe joined ACE Furnaces as Design Engineer in 2021. In his current role, he is looking after Design & Drawings of Reheating Furnaces and Heat-Treatment Furnaces. He completed his Diploma and Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune. He has completed his course in leading industry software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA V5, SP3D, and PDMS.
He is having overall about 14 years’ experience in Turn-key projects, out of which 10 years’ experience in Furnace manufacturing industries. Previously worked As Junior Design Engineer for about 6 months (2017-2018) with Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd. an MNC and leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces globally. Later on with sister company of Seco Warwick Group as Design Engineer (2018-2021) in Vacuum Furnace Division at Seco Warwick System and Services India Pvt. Ltd. Thane.
Basant P. Sharma joined ACE Furnaces in 2020, as Accounts cum EXIM Manager. In his current role, he is looking after overall Accounts, Export-Import related works, and also handling of all Forex activities. He completed his Degree in Bachelor of Commerce – Accounts from Mumbai University in 1987.
He has previous experience of Accounts and Export-Import under 100% EOU & MNC Firm. He has overall experience of 30 years in Accounts and Export-Import field.
