The installation comprises of 2 nos. Annealing Bases, 2 nos. Inner Covers, 1 no. Heating Hood, 1 no. Cooling Hood, Valve Stands, MCC and PLC System The equipment is designed for production capacity of 35,450 MT/annum.


Charge stack is of 1,900 mm diameter and 3,100 mm height. Maximum charge stack weight is 57.2 MT, including convectors.
Fuel is C9, and the combustion system is on pulse-firing basis. The furnace is designed for 850°C maximum temperature. Temperature control within 2°C has been achieved.
All other properties in the Annealed Charge have been achieved, including Spherodisation, as required.

We are pleased to announce that we have signed a Technical Collaboration Agreement with the very prestigious CMI Group of Industries, for a Reheat Furnace for Steel Strips Wheels.
As per our agreement, CMI will check and approve all our main GA drawings, and will also provide us subsequent technical assistance in the design and engineering for the overall project. Of course, CMI will ensure that all design inputs are followed by us in all respects.
Therefore, the Reheat Furnace offered under such Technical Collaboration Arrangement will be CMI + ACE from the point of view of design.
CMI representatives will also be present on site for final commissioning, for final fine-tuning of the furnace, as may be required.

"It gives us great pleasure to announce that we have received our ISO Certifcation for Design and Manufacturing Industrial Furnaces. We are now an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company. ACE recently received an order from Towell Engineering International LLP single bogie Car Bottom-type Bogie Hearth Furnace, with double doors. The furnace will be used for heat treatment of fabricated vessels and structural equipment. The furnace useful dimensions are 14.5 m (L) x 4.1 m (W) x 4.5 m (H), and the furnace will be suitable for 40 MT batch weight. Other orders include a preheating furnaces for roller hearth furnaces at Concept Industries, a roller hearth furnace for annealing of tubes at A.G. Pipes, a salt batch line for Swan Aluminum and a pit furnace for a decarb annealing also at Swan Aluminum".

Furnace Manufacturer ACE Furnaces of India certainly seems to like their press releases (which we have always thought was an effective and cost effective way of advertising by the way). Anyway this is what ACE has to tell us today about new furnace orders in India. To start off the company recently received an order from Vidhyut Steel Tubes Industries for a conversion of their existing electrical-heated Roller Hearth Furnace into single-ended gas-fired system. Other orders include an order from Vardhman Group of Industries for rebuilding a walking beam furnace and a rebuild of an existing Rotary Hearth Furnace imported from Germany for Bebitz Group of Industries. Also included in new orders is modification of a roller heart hearth furnace at Tube Investment Group and an order from Kuwait Pipe for Curing Ovens.


We are pleased to have successfully commissioned a Roller Hearth Furnace at Vidhyut Steel Tubes Industries. The project was for conversion of their existing electrical-heated Roller Hearth Furnace into single-ended gas-fired system.


We are pleased to have successfully commissioned furnace at Tube Investments Group of Industries. The project was for supply of additional heating zone and other furnace parts for their existing Roller Hearth Furnace.


We are pleased to have received an order from the very prestigious Good Luck Group of Industries, for supply of automatic unloading mechanism for their existing Roller Hearth Furnace.
The order has been successfully completed, and Good Luck are happy with our prompt service.


30 March 2015 - ACE Furnaces in India which is a relative newcomer to the furnace building business has landed three new orders recently all from Concept Industries in India. These include a continuous wire annealer, a Hardening and Tempering Line and a Roller Hearth type Hardening and Quenching Line. The roller hearth furnace is shown below.

05 March 2015 - Newly formed furnace manufacturer ACE Furnaces of India is pleased to announce that they have received an order from Concept Industries for a wire annealing furnace which can be seen in the photo below. It would appear that most or all of the management team at ACE were formerly employees of Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., India.

A new furnace manufacturer based in India recently started operations. ACE Furnaces Pvt. Ltd. (AFPL) designs and builds industrial furnaces for various applications. The company’s range of equipment includes roller-hearth furnaces for bright annealing and normalizing of tubes; bogie-hearth furnaces for various heat-treatment applications; pusher-type and walking-hearth furnaces for reheating applications. AFPL is technically qualified and professionally managed, as each of its directors has approximately 25 years experience in designing, building and commissioning industrial furnaces and related equipment.

From India we have two news items. The first has to do with a furnace builder by the name of ACE Furnaces PVT. Ltd., located in Navi Mumbai, India. We were not familiar with the name but as it turns out the key players of this company are all former employees of Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., India (previously Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd., India) who formed the company just last year. The firm started out with a bang having just completed a rebuild of a larger roller hearth furnace for Tube Investments Group.


We are pleased to have received an order from the very prestigious Tube Investments Group, for refurbishment of their existing 1.5 MT/hr Roller Hearth Furnace.
