Currently executing an order for Bell Annealing Furnaces for Gopani Metal Industries
We are pleased to have recently received an order for Bell Annealing Furnaces, along with associated equipment, from Gopani Metal Industries, for recrystallisation / spherodisation / decarb annealing of steel strip coils in hydrogen atmosphere.
The installation will comprise of 4 nos. Annealing Bases, 4 nos. Inner Covers, 2 nos. Heating Hoods, 2 nos. Cooling Hoods, Valve Stands, MCC and PLC System.
Charge stack will be 2,000 mm diameter and 4,300 mm height. Maximum charge stack weight will be 90 MT.
Fuel will be NG / RNG / CBG, and the combustion system will be on pulse-firing basis.
Manufacturing activities are going on currently.
Currently executing an order for 2 nos. Hardening and Tempering Lines for Stelco
We are pleased to have recently received an order for 2 nos. Hardening and Tempering Lines, for low and medium carbon cold-rolled steel strips, from Stelco.
Each line will comprise of 1 no. Entry Table, 1 no. Hardening Furnace, 1 no. Oil Quenching System, 1 no. Levelling Furnace, 1 no. Tempering Furnace, 1 no. Radiation Jet Cooler, MCC, Thyristor Control Panel and PLC System.
Each line capacity will be 500 kg/hr, and it will be suitable for firing with Natural Gas.

Each oven will be of 180 MT/hr capacity, and pipes will be heated indirectly, through Hot Air Generators.
