We are pleased to have recently received an order for Soaking Pits, from RL Steels.
The Soaking Pits will be used for reheating of Ingots, and they will be suitable for firing with LDO / natural gas.
Manufacturing activities are going on presently.

We are pleased to have recently received an order for a Walking Beam Furnace, from Tata Autocomp.
The Furnace will be used for reheating of Bars, and will be suitable for indirect firing with gas.

Currently executing an order for Bell Annealing Furnaces for Jindal United Steel
We are pleased to have recently received an order for Bell Annealing Furnaces, along with associated equipment, from Jindal Stainless, for bright annealing of stainless steel strip coils in hydrogen atmosphere.
This is a repeat order from Jindal Stainless Group, of Bell Annealing Furnaces. This is the best compliment that we can receive from Jindal Stainless Group.

Currently executing an order for upgradation of a Walking Hearth Furnace from Star Wire
We are pleased to have recently received an order for upgradation of a Walking Hearth Furnace, from Star Wire.
The present Furnace is of 6 MT/hr capacity, and this is going to be increased to 20 MT/hr capacity.
Design activites are going on presently.
Currently executing an order for Bell Annealing Furnaces from JSW
We are pleased to have recently received an order for Bell Annealing Furnaces, along with associated equipment, from JSW, for spherodizing of alloy steel wire coils in nitrogen atmosphere.
Maximum charge stack weight will be 50 MT.
Furnace will be electrically-heated. The furnace will be designed for 850 °C maximum temperature.
This is a repeat order from JSW Group, of Bell Annealing Furnaces. This is the best compliment that we can receive from JSW Group.

We are pleased to have successfully commissioned a Rotary Hearth Furnace for Jindal Saw, for reheating of steel rounds.
The furnace capacity is 60 MT/hr, and it is NG-fired.

We are pleased to have recently received an order for Bell Annealing Furnaces, along with associated equipment, from Vidushi Wire, for spherodizing of alloy steel wire coils in nitrogen atmosphere.
The installation comprises of 2 nos. Annealing Bases, 2 nos. Inner Covers, 1 no. Heating Hood, 1 no. Cooling Hood, Valve Stands, MCC and PLC System.
Charge stack is of 3,600 mm diameter and 3,000 mm height. Maximum charge stack weight is 30 MT.
Furnace is natural gas-fired. The furnace is designed for 850 °C maximum temperature.

We are pleased to have recently received an order for Bell Annealing Furnaces, along with associated equipment, from Al Shaker Egypt, for bright annealing of steel strip coils in cracked ammonia atmosphere.
The installation will comprise of 4 nos. Annealing Bases, 4 nos. Inner Covers, 2 nos. Heating Hood, 2 nos. Cooling Hood, Valve Stands, MCC and PLC System.
Charge stack will be of 1,900 mm diameter and 4,500 mm height. Maximum charge stack weight will be 100 MT.
Fuel will be natural gas.

We are pleased to have successfully commissioned Bell Annealing Furnaces, along with associated equipment, for Tube Investments, for bright annealing of steel strip coils in hydrogen atmosphere.
The installation comprises of 2 nos. Annealing Bases, 2 nos. Inner Covers, 1 no. Heating Hood, 1 no. Cooling Hood, Valve Stands, MCC and PLC System.
Charge stack is of 2,000 mm diameter and 5,200 mm height. Maximum charge stack weight is 115 MT.
Fuel is LPG, and the combustion system is on pulse-firing basis.

This Rating stands for "Highest Level of credit worthiness in relation to other SMEs”.
This is an excellent Rating to have, in the Furnace Industry, especially given the current market conditions, and also the fact that we are a comparatively much newer Company.
Not many of our Furnace Competitors may be in a position to have received similar Rating.
